With your Level 3 Diploma in Personal Training comes the ability to train individuals in a 1-on-1; you will cover such skills as:

  • Client Consultation & Assessment

  • Fundamental Movements – Progressions & Regressions

  • Programming Skills

  • How to Programme Conditioning

  • SMR & Mobility

  • Nutrition

  • Gaining Clients & Managing Your Business

These skills are exclusive to Graspp. To the best of our knowledge, no other courses available cover these topics to such a degree. Something, we as successful Personal Trainers ourselves, consider absolutely fundamental.

Those enrolled on this course are eligible for 12 hours of 1-2-1 Mentorship with one of our highly experienced team of Graspp coaches to guide and assist your learning throughout your qualification.

L2 Certificate in Fitness Instructing.

L3 Diploma in Personal Training
