Within his 12 years’ experience in the industry, Alex has Personal Trained everyone from professional athletes and British special forces to triple heart bypass sufferers and even the odd celebrity… He has been a group exercise instructor and class teacher; he has been a self-employed Personal Trainer (and still is). So it is fair to say, Alex has a pretty well-rounded experience of the fitness world. He even spent 5 years training the military and it was in this environment that he began facilitating fitness qualifications.

Having tutored, assessed & quality assured on numerous fitness courses, one glaring issue kept bothering him – the standard of learner that each qualification thought was acceptible to send out into the world. Having had to accredit many an ‘under-skilled’ Personal Trainer. It was for this reason that Alex founded Graspp Fitness, with a goal to ‘Revolutionise the standard of the fitness industry’.
