Fletcher truly is a fountain of knowledge. His constant passion for learning and pursuit of CPD, like all of the best in the business, is unrelenting. Rarely a day goes by when he hasn’t learned something new or isn’t experimenting with exercises and techniques to add to his repertoire. If practise really does make perfect, then there aren’t too many in the game that could surpass him for his knowledge or results.

Although a self-professed lover of the ‘Pig Iron’, Fletcher is a comprehensive all-rounder with an unstoppable passion for teaching; dedicated to making people their strongest selves.
