With your Level 2 in Fitness Instructing course you will cover such skills as:

• Client Consultation & Assessment
• Programming Skills
• How to Brace
• How to Coach Gym Based Exercise
• The Mobility Stability Model
• Warming Up: The RAMP Method

These skills are exclusive to Graspp. To the best of our knowledge, no other courses available cover these topics to such a degree. Something, we as experienced Fitness Professionals consider absolutely fundamental.

Those enrolled on this course are eligible for 12 hours of 1-2-1 Mentorship with one of our highly experienced team of Graspp coaches to guide and assist your learning throughout your qualification.

COURSE STRUCTURE

The course involves 4 key steps:

• Complete a Portfolio of Evidence
• Complete all Online Learning
• Pass 1 Online Multiple-Choice Theory Paper
• Complete a Practical Observation of a Consultation, A Gym Session & Group Induction

• On average this course takes 3 months or 40hrs to complete
